What kinds of cases do we handle at our firm?
Car accidents, slip and fall, trip and fall, medical malpractice, workers compensation, dog bites
What does it cost to retain one of the attorneys at our firm?
There is no fee unless we are successful in effectuating a recovery on the client’s behalf. This is commonly known as a contingency fee. That is, our fee is contingent upon recovering a settlement or verdict on behlaf of the client. If we do not recover money for our client, there is no fee.
What is the value of my case?
The value of each case is determined by the liability or fault of the parties involved and the nature of the injury. Many times it is too soon to tell after the occurrence what the value of the case may be.
When will my case be settled?
Each case must proceed on its own timeline. Usually a case cannot be settled until a client has completed his or her medical treatment and all documentation comprising the claim, such as photographs, witness statements, medical records and other documents, have been obtained. While we would like to resolve cases as quickly as possible, we will not rush a case to settlement if the value of the case will be diminished.
